It's all about the details, and authentic love for what you do. That's the way our mechanics approach there job every day. Making sure every customer is not only satisfied with the outcome, but surprised by that little extra that they receive when picking up there bike. Diego Viasus heads up the team, and has years of wrenching experience. His motto is keep the place clean, organized and on schedule.
Here's what one customer had to say:
I have had very recent email correspondence with Diego Viasus regarding my Specialized's crank problem. (which he INSISTED I get fixed right now!) I want to let ownership know that I loved your store when I saw it and spent a little money there a while ago, but this back-and-forth email with Diego surpasses any service I have ever received. I have, in fact, received the opposite from a local shop by a service manager with too much attitude for me. (I am 71), and have been riding since childhood, know a lot about bikes and rides and (sometimes, unfortunately) riders. And, I am in the fortunate economic circumstance that I could write a check for anything in the joint. I am not boasting, it's just the old case of writing off someone with white hair or just plain bad manners. Anyhow--you guys know how to run a business, right down to email. I think that is terrific. I ride at the beach when I can and will make it a point to come in and say thank you in person. I bought the new 23/25 specialized tires at your store and wanted you to know that they work very well on the Roubaix Comp Triple. I did some fast downhill in Arizona last week. They feel very sure footed.
Sincerely
Bruce I. Newman, CFP
