Cycling has introduced me to many new people and places, I have met past and future Olympians, actors, professionals cyclists, trainers and all levels of bike junkies. I have connected with new people and reconnected with neighbors and I am always excited to get on my bike. I have fallen and gotten back up, had more than my share of flats and have learned to fix them myself, dropped chains, ridden with world class cyclists, been helped out on the road and helped out others and gained memories I never thought possible. Last year I detailed my experiences in training for Bike MS in a blog for Cynergy Cycles and am excited to again for this my latest chapter in riding. I hope you will enjoy reading about my adventures as much as I love living them.

Join us at Cynergy Cycles for informational talks given by Pro Triathletes/USA Triathlon Certified Coaches designed to prepare YOU for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon.

Pro Triathlete/USA Triathlon Coach Jim Lubinski will host a series of 6 talks based on best preparing you for the Nautica Malibu Triathlon. These talks will answer any questions you may have regarding all of the necessary skills needed to race a triathlon. They will take place at Cynergy Cycles, the #1 shop on the West Side for all of your triathlon needs. Cynergy carries wetsuit rentals, goggles, bikes, bike fitting, triathlon clothing, helmets, cycling shoes, transition bags and much more.

Talks will take place from 7:15-8:15 p.m.

About Don Williams

Don has a long history in competitive cycling and still competes today in the masters category. He rode professionally in Europe from 1972 through 1978 and has raced at the elite level in both road and mountain throughout the United States.
